Cancellation Policy

I understand things happen, and appointments need to be canceled or changed. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, I ask for a 48-hour notice. If 48-hour notice is not given, 50 percent of the service will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100 percent of the service.

Massage therapy services are in no way a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician. The individual providing massage therapy services is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness and is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments.

Code of Ethics

Inappropriate comments or any sexual innuendos will not be tolerated. If I feel you are being inappropriate at any point during the massage, our session will end immediately. If you think I have crossed these boundaries, you also have the right to end the massage anytime.
